The Oncology Center provides exceptional
medical care to patients with state-of-the-art radiation therapies including
3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT and VMAT, etc. Their advanced treatment equipment includes
Varian’s Edge and Halcyon, Accuray’s Cyberknife, Elekta Synergy and the HDR
Brachytherapy system. These are all supported by CT/ MR/ PET-CT.
There is one shareholder, who also owns the
real estate where the treatment sites are located. The real estate can be
included in the transaction should the buyer wish. The owner is willing to hold
minority equity in the business post close.
