of commercial pumps, pump accessories and generators. As one of the largest
suppliers of commercial pumps in the northeastern United States, they have an
industry-wide reputation as one of the most reliable, highly experienced and
valuable sources for commercial pumps and generators.
Distribution:
The Company’s customer base consists of municipalities,
waste water treatment plants, industrial plants, commercial construction
companies, landfill companies and numerous other industries in New York,
Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut.
The business has solid
operational procedures in place enabling it to handle significant growth.
Because of its strong and stable core systems, the sellers feel that the
Company has the capability to double or triple in size.
The
Transaction:
One
or both of the owners will stay for up to one year as employees or consultants
in order to provide training and support for an orderly transition, continued
stability and success of the business. Individual buyers must be willing to provide
detailed financial statements to demonstrate their financial capability to
consummate the transaction as well as ensure that they possess the business
skills and acumen to successfully operate the business.
