Company is now seeking additional
funding in order to expand its case acquisition capacity. The company has built a national advocate
network enabling it to accept cases on an unlimited and national basis. Company
business model is highly predictable and scalable.
Experienced management team with over
ten (10) years of highly successful, specialized social security disability
program advocacy work. Losses have been uncured in the early years of the
business as the number of cases carried is built to critical mass needed to
achieve economies of scale. Company is
currently passing this critical inflection point and is heading to predictable
operating efficiencies and profitability
Funding will be utilized to; acquire and
carry cases, an average of eighteen (18) months, through disposition, and to
build corresponding administrative support structure commensurate with case
management. Existing management team
will be remaining with company and is interested in maintaining a negotiable
degree of control.
