Forty-one year old aerial & underground
full-service Communications Contractor that is diversified in all aspects of
new & rebuilt plant construction, maintenance & emergency work. They contract with major communication/broadband
companies, and believe in operating out of cash flow. The firm has focused
resources in one state of New England, but will work in others.
The business is managed by four persons who
serve on “The Board”. They all started as entry level workers and advanced over
40 years. With 32 employees, a small team operates from the Western Corporate
office. The up-side of the business is its untapped earnings potential that
could be achieved through marketing and investment in equipment and
personnel. As the US Government boasts a
massive “Infrastructure Development Plan”, existing Broadband plants will not
only be upgraded to meet current and future demands, but will also be expanded
into rural US areas that could be a substantial earnings potential, as the
company is in a unique position to expand operations nationally and globally.
The company has spread profits back to employees
