The business has over a 48,000 sq. ft. facility in which it fabricates steel used as the structural skeleton for buildings. They have a network of reliable contractors who provide them with architectural designs and other specs enabling them to develop bids for the work. The building houses: a structural steel fabrication facility, and rail making shop in which steel, aluminum and stainless steel railings for all applications are produced.

 

A partial listing of fabricating equipment: Ficep 3 spindle drill line, Fice[ angle master capable of shearing and punching up to 6x6x5/8 angle, Ultra-plasma plater machine cutting up to 3” plate with bevel capacity up to 2”. Additional equipment will be found during due diligence.  The company can manufacture all connection parts for complete fabrication of structural steel. An AISC shop with 60 employees, the company seeks a modest price that does not include land, cash on books, accounts: receivable or payable. 

 

The Adjusted EBITDA downtrend is due to projects work in progress. Payments of large amounts for steel are paid at the onset of projects; receipts at the termination of job(s). Long periods of jobs impact on EBITDA for the period of the project(s). The business is free of legal issues. Negotiable deal options on the table. One owner willing to stay and to help manage the business.
