The Company develops and globally distributes its own
proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform which enables Cloud Service Providers
(CSPs) and Cloud Distributors to provide, manage, and bill their cloud
offerings. The platform, originally built in 2010, provides a fully automated
experience from ordering to provisioning of services, billing, subscriptions,
and payment. Additionally, the Company provides Cloud Services hosted in their own
Data Center (cloud servers, cloud storage, cloud database). In
addition to building on its own expertise as one of the first selected
distributors of Office 365 and Azure in the EU, the Company’s internally
developed platform is licensed worldwide.
Recurring Revenue: The Company boasts > 95%
recurring revenue during the last 3 years,
and > 90% recurring revenue during the last
ten years.
