a small regional geographic footprint and paints over 3,000 units (homes and
apartments) annually. With the Company’s
stellar reputation in the painting sector, significant growth opportunities are
available in nearby, high-populace micro-regions – if not nationally.
The
Company prides itself on quality and value i.e. not being the cheapest or low
bid provider. With its high margins,
more competitive pricing could increase revenues and total profits while still
accomplishing industry norm margins.
Other than being a member of the Builders’ Association, the Company
performs very little marketing efforts, thereby providing a tremendous
opportunity for increase in critical mass by an acquirer. Current owners (near retirement) do not wish
to take on any assertive growth opportunities.
The owners wish to
retire but are amenable to be involved in post-acquisition transition
