The Company is a metal finishing shop specializing in chemical processing and
surface coatings for aerospace, defense, medical and commercial applications
Operational
Strengths: Defense: Currently, 25% of the Company’s
revenue derives from the sale of its products and services to operators in the
Defense Industry.
Aerospace:
Currently, 15% of the Company’s revenue derives the sale of its products and
services to operators in the Aerospace Industry.
Medical:
Currently, 10% of the Company’s revenue derives from the sale of its products
and services to operators in the Medical Industry.
Commercial:
Currently, 50% of the Company’s revenue from derives the sale of its products
and services to Commercial Enterprises.
The Transaction:
The Owners believe the Company’s service offering and customer base represent

direct industry experience, 20% of the purchase in cash, and qualify for third
