President Director. They produce thermoforming plastic cups, as shown in the
picture. Those cups are widely applied in water and beverage industries in Indonesia.

Proven experience of the owner for more
than 10 years in plastic business is one of the company’s strength points. Their
focus on serving Business to Customer (B2C) market. They distribute the products to Distributors located mostly in
Central Java, West Java and Sumatra Island, Indonesia. They are competitive in the prices and can
strategize pricing based on location
and season.
The Transaction: The owner is very keen
to grow the business and would like to team up with the Investors to pursue his
vision. He does not mind to let go his majority shares for that purpose.
