Distribution:
Located in the central west USA and has effectively a Monopoly on the region’s oilfield waste disposal as the next closest permitted facility is over 300 miles away. The Company services a customer base of oilfield companies generating waste.

Operational Strengths:
The barriers to a competitor opening a similar facility are immense as the permitting for the Company took 5 years and $5 mm. The Company has $11 mm invested in specialty equipment including Proprietary Mobile Centrifuge Trailers/Equipment & Proprietary Mobile Water Recycling Trailers/Equipment. 47 MSAs in place.
